Valentine’s Day Date Night Outfit

My husband and I go out on Valentine’s Day for dinner despite of the over-priced meals, long lines and horribly rushed service. It’s just what we do since it’s our special day. If we can, we even squeeze in a movie too! This day means a lot to us especially because we had our first (horrible) date when I was only 16 years old to a bad movie and a dinner on Valentine’s Day! You can read more about our little story on my last year’s post here.

My Valentine’s Day date night outfit is always classy but a little sexy! I usually like to wear a dressy top and dress it down a little with dark colored slick, skinny jeans. This year, stars has been trending, and I found this black, sheer, star sprinkled mesh top from Romwe. It is so chic and can be dressed up or down, and you can wear a camisole underneath if you want to cover up more, or wear any kind of bralette or bandeau to show more skin like I did here. I am really loving this top because of it’s versatility, and can you believe it is under $10 right now?! OMG! What a deal, huh?! The quality of it is exceptional and has a lot of stretch to it which hugs you in the most flattering way! It’s definitely a big score from Romwe! (By the way, their whole site has so many cute stuff on massive deals!) Get your stars on too, gurl!

I can’t wait to wear this beautiful mesh top on Valentine’s Day! This outfit is completed with some black slick booties and pure, white wool trench coat and shiny, starburst cocktail ring. And guess what? Don’t assume I didn’t include any red in the outfit! Look closely and you’ll see I added a little detail of red rose earring studs with red nails for Valentine’s Day!

Lena’s X Factor: Black Sheer Stars Top

There is no doubt this top takes the X in this outfit because it really makes the whole outfit so chic! It is just the right amount of sexy and trendy and plays up this whole outfit, and makes it stand out with chic style!
