Two Easy Chic Ways to Style a Denim Skirt for Fall

I’ve been lately unexpectedly obsessed with wearing denim skirt for this early Fall season! And again, unexpectedly, reaching for a clean, no destruction (wow, very unlike me, huh?!), light colored denim skirt! I found it to go along with just about any styles of clothing these days, and perfect for this fluctuating weather here in the NYC area. Here I show you two different ways to style the same denim skirt for Fall and for added fun, the same belt and bag as well!

First Outfit: Wearing with a chiffon tank shirt and a long cardigan duster

I wore the denim skirt, same belt and bag with a chiffon tank shirt and threw on a long cardigan duster for that effortless, chic look. I wore a strappy nude sandal instead of a bootie because it was a bit warm. I wore my hair braided to the side to add more of that effortless look and of course, had my large aviators on! This outfit is an example of how easy it is to achieve a stylish but effortless look with any simple white chiffon tank or camisole top with any neutral duster of sort and whatever nude shoes you like!

This outfit wouldn’t look complete without the belt! It pulls the whole look altogether and lets it pop oh so subtly good!

Second Outfit: Wearing with a cropped slouchy turtleneck and a baker hat

I wore the denim skirt, same belt and bag with this adorable slouchy, cropped, knit detail turtleneck and added a newsboy/baker boy hat to instantly look Fall ready! I wore it with suede nude booties to complete this look. This outfit is an example of how easy it is to look stylishly Fall ready with any cropped knit loose sweater, any newsboy hat with any booties! Just remember to keep the colors all cohesive! It’s that easy to look so chic and Fall ready!
